1. Order placement
By placing an order on goodis.shop, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received and acknowledged.

2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR). We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and processed securely through our checkout provider.

3. Shipping and delivery
We ship to EU countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary depending on location and carrier. We aim to dispatch orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

4. Returns and refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. 

Damaged or defective products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@goodis.shop with a description and photo evidence.

Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges: Where possible, we will replace damaged or defective items. You may be asked to return the item in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened packaging or consumed products.
