Wholesale Terms of Service

1. General
These terms apply to wholesale customers purchasing from Goodis of Sweden AB (Sweden) for the purpose of resale. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

2. Minimum order
Our recommended minimum order for wholesale is 10 kg. However, we are flexible and happy to accommodate smaller trial orders.

3. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available upon request. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), exclusive of VAT and shipping unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to supplier costs, currency changes, or market fluctuations.

4. Ordering process
Wholesale orders are placed via email or through our wholesale request form. After we confirm product availability and provide a quote, you will receive an invoice. Orders are confirmed once payment is received, unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Payment terms
Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal. All invoices are issued by Goodis of Sweden AB, a Swedish registered company.

6. Shipping & delivery
We ship to EU countries and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be included in your quote. Goodis of Sweden AB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

7. Returns & claims
All wholesale orders are considered final sale. If your delivery is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly, including refunds or replacement where appropriate.

8. Product quality & shelf life
All candy is freshly packed before dispatch. Shelf life typically ranges from 6 to 18 months, depending on the product. For larger orders, we’re happy to provide best-before dates in advance.

9. Use of Goodis branding
Wholesale clients may not use the Goodis brand name, logo, designs, or product packaging for marketing or resale purposes without prior written permission from Goodis of Sweden AB.

10. Limitation of liability
Goodis of Sweden AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or resale of our products.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or the business relationship between the parties shall be settled by a Swedish court of law, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
